SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping

We offer shipping to the nearest authorised HYBRID bike agent to you on the North or South Island of New Zealand.

Once your bike arrives at the agent’s location it will be assembled by qualified bicycle technicians and therefore is required to be picked up from the agent’s location.

All parts and accessory ordered separately from a bike are delivered to the delivery address you’ve supplied when placing your order.

We will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details. If you would like to track your order, please visit the courier’s site with the tracking number.

Accessory or parts orders, not included with a bike order will be charged at a separate shipping fee being $50 per bike rate and $12 – $20 per accessory. Please note, shipping costs may be subject to change.

Delivery Times

Delivery times can vary between destinations, however, typically your bike will arrive at your nearest HYBRID Bike agent within 2-5 business days from completing your order. From here, the agent will take 2-5 business days to assemble your bike (depending on their schedule).

Note: We do not ship internationally.

We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery before destroying packaging or removing any attached tags.
