I bought a F22 Cruise Elite Special from Hybrid bikes in February. Frank suggested some additions to the bike to suit my 182cm height, and made sure that everything was perfect before I took it away. Since then he has been so approachable with the few questions I have put to him. The bike is going very well. It is more comfortable to ride with the suspension seat compared to my last, dual suspension, mountain bike. It has plenty of torque for the hills and wind, and the riding position is ideal for my plus 70 age. I love the step-through. It is so easy for mounting and dismounting. Overall a great bike and great service. Highly recommended.

We recently purchased one of Franks bikes for my husband to commute to and from work , Frank spent a good amount of time going through the different options for us and we decided in the end to go for the sport elite with the bigger battery , as we see this as an investment for the long term future , in his first week of using it to commute to and from work he racked up 140kms and he's enjoying every moment !
We opted to buy the fold out pannier bag and wheel lock as extras and these have been well used already , really great and so glad we decided to add these,
Highly recommend buying your bike from Frank , he's a fountain of knowledge and very personable ! Service so far far has been 10 out of 10 , couldn't ask for more !

Shortly thereafter we arranged a time to test Ride & A Chat which resulted in purchase Of The Hybrid M22 The Same Day..
I've been riding The Hybrid regularly Here Back In Blenheim Since.
The appeal Of The Hybrid Is the robustness Of The Bafang motors, Known for simplicity And reliability with repair straight forward If Needs Be.., Other ebike motors less likely in These area's after previously owning 5ebikes Of various makes..
The other components are simple yet Strong And efficient for the Hybrid,
Also The option Of having The battery refurbished Is a Big Plus unlike other brands..
The M22 Is a beautiful Bike to Ride with the carbon frame noticable for maneuverability apposed to heavier frame's & Obviously The less weight easier to lift onto Bike racks etc.
A Lot Of Thought Has Been put into The design & Components By Frank And payed of with a result That will bring year's Of happy problem Free riding.
Highly recommend Hybrid bike's.

I received the best possible customer service from Frank at Hybrid Bikes. He was exceptionally helpful when sourcing and shipping a replacement key and battery for my beloved hybrid. We have had them for approximately 7 weeks now and have travelled about 700km.
We started with the Great Taste Trail in Nelson and travelled 300 km.
This included grade 3 mountain bike trails that the bike handled magnificently.
The use of the range of gear settings and motor power makes riding this bike a pleasure and the seat is amazing.
If you choose to have a workout you can use the gears more and use less motor power, or if you are feeling in a more relaxed mood you can take full advantage of the motor.
The 300W motor has a setting of 80N/m.
We have travelled up to 120km on 1 full charge of the battery.
Living in Auckland we have the challenge of multiple hills and on a really good day head winds too.
Riding this bike it makes it very easy to deal with both.
The best investment we have made and we love our Hybrid Bikes.
If you are seriously looking for an amazing, functional, easy to ride bike check this Hybrid bike out.

I purchased and F 22 model, after much deliberation. I had test ridden and then borrowed a friends for a week just to make sure. Frank very kindly let me buy at the price available when I had test ridden. His service is excellent, friendly, personal and great follow up. On picking the bike up he ensured it was set up perfectly for me. He has since phoned and text to get my feedback and ask if i have any questions or issues. Top notch service. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase and can't wait to use it on my daily commute.

Incredible service, after posting questions about the bike on the web page Frank rang me back at 5pm that evening. Again later an instant follow-up. Because I engaged initially during a sale offer Frank honored that offer even though it still took me a while to commit.
Now the bike, it suits my requirements perfectly. It's light enough for the back of the motorhome, it has the range and speed to cover off my work commute of 30km each way, easily overcoming those pesky Canterbury winds. It is also excellent on trails and gravel roads. Great bike.

It's been a week of owning our new Hybrid Bikes and we are loving it! Frank was amazing to work with - very considerate of our needs, took the time to fit our child seat on the handlebar (which wasn't straightforward but he persevered) and even got down on the driveway to play with our son while my husband and I took turns testing our bikes. The bikes are user friendly and we're enjoying riding as a family with our wee one. Highly recommend this service!
