I have recently purchased my 2nd Hybrid bike, which speaks for itself that I am more than happy with the bikes. The staff are unreservedly happy to answer any queries I have had, communication excellent and servicing my bike has been thorough.

I cannot thank Frank (and his team) enough, for giving me, at 78 yrs old, my confidence back to bike. I have gone, from a heavier bike with a bar, to a step through Hybrid. Right from the first phone call to the pick up of the bike, I have felt looked after and important and the communication and attention have been A1. After coping for a few years with an ebike that was a bit too big for me I went and visited Frank after doing a bit of research. I wish I'd seen him years ago! He spent time talking to me and seeing what I wanted and needed. After a few trial rides on different bikes and trying out different things I now have a bike customised just for me and what a difference it's made to my riding experience. Not only is the bike so much lighter than my previous ebike but I'm sitting so much more comfortably and in a better postion thanks to the size and framing. If you're looking at buying an ebike definitely go and see Frank, you won't be disappointed.

Had a chat with Frank the other day. Awesome bikes. Loved that the e-bike has brought back the fun in cycling without sore knees, and with the light frame I can choose to have electric assist or not. Battery long life and lasts me around a week with daily commuting (including steep hill). Stem - loved that I could extend this to suit my needs, as well as seat higher, and swapped over the brakes so R)hand has back brake and L)front. Lightweight and easy to lift on and off bike rack. Brilliant bikes, would love to own another. Enjoying my F18 :)

I started riding a mountain bike in my mid 30s. I bought my first e bike in 2020 (aged 57) after knee surgery had left me feeling a little unsure of my ability to cycle 20 plus kilometres. I loved my mountain bike and thought buying an e bike would be easy. Five years later after trying 4 saddles and moving my seat post and handle bars I was still experiencing tight hip flexors, sore knees and a very sore behind after 30-40k rides. I was losing my love of cycling and was at a loss as to what to do. I started to look at different bikes but could find nothing that suited me. I saw Hybrid Bikes on Facebook and having seen other people’s reviews I thought I’d give the bikes a try. What I really liked about Frank, the owner and designer of the bikes, was that he let me choose what I wanted to try without telling me what I should be picking. As soon as I took one out for a test run I realised it was what I’d been looking for. A dropper post allowed me to do a full leg cycle but allowed me to still reach the ground. I came back with a smile on my face. For the first time in ages cycling made me happy.Frank’s bikes are made for comfort and as he builds them from the frame up, it is like buying a bespoke bicycle but at a retail price. Frank also spent time setting the bike up for me so it was comfortable from the get go. Since then I have found a couple of friends also have hybrid bikes and love theirs as much as I love mine. I can’t recommend Frank and his bikes highly enough. If you are looking for an e bike you need to check out Hybrid Bikes you won’t be disappointed. 250k and I’m still smiling, no hip or knee pain and not saddle sore any more. What more can I say!

Frank is an amazing ambassador for his bikes! Very impressed with how he generously gave us time and explained the features of the bikes 😊👍🏻. This customer service is very rare.

A car at a roundabout failed to give way and hit the back wheel of my Hybrid. (5yrs old, 10,000+km) Fortunately I had only minor injuries that resolved in time. My kids took the damaged bike to Frank and he dealt with the insurance company on my behalf to get settlement by way of a cash payment which I put towards a new Hybrid and a MIPS helmet (the old one saved me from serious head injury or worse). The support I received from our local bike manufacturer was incredible and I am deeply appreciative.

Bought my M18 in February from Frank. What can I say except - fantastic from the bike perfomes great with its 506w battery. Franks communications during the purchase was excellant. He great explained all the workings and care necessary, servicing, pre set up ride to determine seat height, handlebar configuration etc etc. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend dealing with Frank and trying his range.
