Bought my M18 in February from Frank. What can I say except - fantastic from the bike perfomes great with its 506w battery. Franks communications during the purchase was excellant. He great explained all the workings and care necessary, servicing, pre set up ride to determine seat height, handlebar configuration etc etc.
Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend dealing with Frank and trying his range.

I first became interested in Hybrid E-Bikes about three years ago when I heard Frank Witowski talking to Jessie Mulligan on RNZ.
I have just purchased my second Hybrid E-bike - a F22 Cruise Elite Special, which I absolutely love. I already had a F18 Cruise Elite Special, which I bought when my brother purchased his M18 Cruise Elite Special.
I have ridden over 5000 (comfortable and enjoyable) km on my F18 in two years and was very happy when my sister decided take over this bike and join us on our rides.
I tried out a few other step through E-bikes and the Hybrid was the most comfortable and easy to ride, as it is carbon fibre and light weight. Like the F18, the F22 is easy to ride with no battery power. The extra torque (95 N m) of the F22 motor makes riding up hills easier in a lower power setting, plus the comfort seat is wonderful.
I set up my F22 with a few of the extras from Frank such as the Suntour suspension seat post and the Rockbros large trunk bag (with a water bottle holder), plus a full front fender and the Home Mechanic repair stand (so I can keep my bike in good condition between services). I also bought the Hiplock Wearable Chain Lock, to make sure my bike is safe and secure. The Rockbros trunk bag fits nicely on the carrier and is easy to take on and off.

I had been looking at the Hybrid bikes online for ages. We went to see them at the Outdoor Show in ChCh and decided to buy one. Frank was at the show and he was so knowledgeable and helpful and enthusiastic. The bike arrived down from Nelson so quickly and Simon went out of his way to put it together and set it up for me, late on a Friday afternoon. He was also super knowledgeable and helpful. The whole experience was excellent. Frank has since been in touch to check on the bike and be available if I need any help.
I have been on some lovely long rides and it goes like a charm. First time on 29 inch wheels so I am still getting used to that but such a treat having the power. My husband sure enjoys tucking in behind on his regular bike and using me as a wind break!

After six years with my previous E-Bike I decided to upgrade and bought a Hybrid bike. I ‘m so pleased I did. After three weeks I can say, I think the Hybrid bike is sensationally good. It is so comfortable to ride and is set up perfectly. The extra torque and power makes so much difference to my rides. I cruise along now with no problem into the strongest head wind and up the steepest of hills. I ride a lot with a fairly large group and I was struggling to keep up, now I’m easily up with the front riders and having a ball. This bike has given me more years of biking to come and at 82 that’s not bad 😊

I like to understand what I am spending my money on. Honestly, I didn't enjoy the process of researching and finding a suitable e-bike.
Speaking to most of the local bike shops I found to be really frustrating and sometimes downright patronising, comments like "you won't ever run out of battery" are not helpful.

Frank, however, is a little different & a breath of fresh air, he's knows the bike he has designed inside out, he's honest about expected performance and it's limitations. That was one of the key reasons I went with Hybrid bikes.

Initially, I still wasn't 100% sure I had make the best choice, but after 4 days and over 200km I can now say this has exceeded my expectations in every way.
Its a really nice bike, lightweight (relatively), the frame feels solid & handles as nicely on windy cycleways as it does at higher speeds. The motor gives solid output, you can fly along if required, or still happily cruise for more range. It eats hills for breakfast.

Little touches like a decent bell, good pedals, mudguards and a rack as standard add to the premium feel of this bike.

This is my second E-Bike and it is amazing. It is really light and comes with so many extras and attention to detail from someone who cares and really understands what you want from a bike. Apart from being so much lighter than my other one, it has all the helpful, finer details like a carrier included, easy to see display screen, gear indication, bell, comfortable seat, your choice of handle bars and grips … This bike actually makes you want to go for a bike ride!
